She has held senior roles in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Defence, Home Affairs, and Agriculture—overseeing legislative reform, managing strategic grants, and supporting executive decision-making at the highest levels. Niru excels in structuring and recovering programs under pressure, aligning stakeholders quickly, and producing results that meet operational, political and public expectations.
